As a nanosecond fiber laser with MOPA structure, the highest frequency reaches 1000 kHz with extremely high peak energy. There are pulse mode and CW mode, which can call a variety of wave types and can precisely control the heat input. This model has great advantages in welding thin plate materials (below 0.2mm), high anti-materials (copper alloy, aluminum alloy, gold), and dissimilar metals. The welded products have good joint formation, consistent and uniform size, and significantly improved tensile strength and shear strength compared to YAG and millisecond fiber lasers.
